How Steve Hill Homes Started
In 1980, with nothing but a blueprint and a commitment to quality, Steve Hill began building custom homes for families in Lubbock. What started as a local operation has grown into one of West Texas's most respected construction companies.
The Early Years (1980 – 1990)
Steve Hill built his reputation one home at a time, focusing on craftsmanship and customer relationships. Word-of-mouth referrals became the backbone of the business.
Growth & Recognition (1990 – 2004)
Kitchen and bathroom remodeling became specialties. We expanded to Levelland, Post, Seminole, and beyond. In 2004, Steve Hill was honored as President of the West Texas Builders Association.
Today (2004 – Present)
With over 1,200 homes built, Steve Hill Homes continues to be the first choice for custom builds, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, and major home repairs.
